Jacaranda Labs
We build small, useful software businesses on free infrastructure, and say exactly what they do. Six ventures are live today. Each starts free, and each is run with hard budgets and a person approving anything that cannot be undone.

Four rules every venture follows
Zero capital, measured quotas
Ventures run on free tiers. Each one meters its own use and slows down before it reaches a provider limit, rather than failing at the limit.
Evidence before claims
No invented customers, figures, testimonials or signals. If a number is on a page, a real system produced it.
A person approves what matters
Automation does the routine work. Payments, replies and anything that cannot be undone wait for a person.
Learn in public
Ventures become cases for the Think Tank's research, including what went wrong and what was rebuilt.

The Jacaranda Labs AI Think Tank
Jacaranda Labs funds the Jacaranda Labs AI Think Tank. It studies how the smallest firms can run autonomous systems that stay governable. Its books and papers use our ventures as candid cases.
